Relocatable Modular Building on Temporary Foundation
For over 30 years, Ramtech has utilized modular construction to provide affordable, high quality facilities ranging in size from 1,000 to 150,000 square feet for education, healthcare, government, and commercial users throughout the southwest. Our modular buildings fall into three distinct categories with price points designed to accommodate a variety of needs.
The first category includes modular buildings designed to meet long term needs while still having the ability to be relocated should the circumstances require it.
Pricing for these modular buildings, delivered and installed, normally cost $35 to $50 per square foot.
Permanent Modular Building on Pier and Beam Foundation
The second category is a traditional six sided permanent modular building that is designed and installed on a concrete pier and beam foundation that can accommodate exterior finishes such as brick, stucco, rock veneer, or steel siding. This is typically what most owners think of when they hear permanent modular construction, which ranges from $45 to $75 per square foot. The third category is Ramtech’s proprietary Accelerated Building System (ABS) which includes a grade level engineered concrete slab foundation with prefabricated modular sections that are crane-set and permanently fastened to the slab. Available from $75 to $120 per square foot, the ABS method allows the interior and exterior finishes to be completed onsite, resulting in a building that is identical to traditional site construction but at a much lower cost and on a faster construction timeline.
