Recently, Immanuel Lutheran Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma decided they needed to build a new classroom facility to support the growing number of enrollment applications for their pre-kindergarten and kindergarten program. Having a tight budget, but a desire to have a truly permanent facility, Immanuel chose to work with Ramtech for a new 14 classroom modular building that cost them less than $50 per square foot and was completed in under 90 days.
Using a value engineering approach, the Church chose to take on the responsibility for some of the utility and site development work, while Ramtech designed, manufactured, and supervised the building installation as well as all the interior and exterior finish-out. For the exterior, Ramtech provided a brick wainscot with a simulated stucco siding on the two visible sides of the building and a lower cost steel siding for the back two sides. The interior of the building was finished out with vinyl covered wall coverings, dry erase boards, an acoustical lay-in ceiling with recessed lighting, and commercial grade doors and hardware. The building also includes full restrooms, zoned heating and air conditioning, and a wet pipe fire sprinkler and fire alarm system.
