Ramtech’s scope of work after the building installation will be to provide the utility point of connections, the interior finish-out, and the construction of the wood steps, ramps, and decks. The project is slated for completion prior to the 2022-23 academic school year.

As the country’s fastest growing private school, the traditional modular building will add additional facility space to accommodate the school’s middle school students. The building floor plan includes eight classrooms, a multi-use commons area, administrative space for two offices and a conference room, and boys and girls’ restrooms. The exterior of the building will utilize a parapet wall design finished with HardiePanel fiber cement vertical siding to blend in with the adjacent existing structures.
