Typically, the modular sections are 75% complete when they leave Ramtech’s manufacturing plant, and are then shipped, quickly erected, and finished out on site. This approach allows for relocation of the buildings should another need arise, and these structures are available through both purchase and lease contracts.
The second building system available from Ramtech is the permanent Accelerated Building System (ABS). With this approach, floorless modular sections are built in Ramtech’s plant, transported to the site, and installed on an engineered concrete slab foundation, at which point interior and exterior finishes are applied. This building system provides the same quality product as onsite construction, but allows for faster completion, lower overall cost, and less environmental impact. It is an ideal approach for dialysis clinics, imaging centers, surgical clinics, small rural hospitals, and many other healthcare facilities.
