The middle school students of Hardin-Jefferson Independent School District in Sour Lake, Texas closed out their first school year in a temporary middle school campus built Ramtech after the devastating flooding that occurred along the Texas Gulf Coast in August of last year. (more…)
The Beaumont ISD project is using Ramtech’s Slab-on-Grade Permanent Modular Construction approach. The foundation prep is almost complete and the 17 modules that make up the building will be crane set next week.
Ramtech recently installed a modular office building at the beginning of the 2017-2018 academic year at the main campus of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. The 1,600 square foot facility will be used by the University’s Department of Animal and Food Sciences for human-dog interaction research as part of a program to assess the helpfulness of therapy dogs in educational settings including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Ramtech recently completed the installation phase on a new eight classroom modular school building for Alpine Christian School in Alpine, Texas. The 8,064 square foot facility will be used for the private school’s Kindergarten thru 12th grade students beginning at the start of the 2018-19 academic school year. Using one of our standard classroom inventory designs, the value-engineered facility utilizes an R-panel metal siding exterior with wall-mounted HVAC units zoned for maximum heating and cooling efficiency. Ramtech’s scope of work on-site included the setting of the building on a pad prepared by the school’s contractor. Once power is provided to the site, Ramtech will finish the remaining interior work including the vinyl composition tile flooring. (more…)
