Ramtech has completed the final phase of the installation of the temporary school campus we built for the Deweyville Independent School District in Orange, Texas. The relocatable modular school project is structured as a 36-month lease and includes a total of eleven buildings which replaced the district’s elementary school that was destroyed during the flooding which occurred in March of this year. Ramtech has completed the setting of the modular sections and is moving into the finish-out phase on the construction of a new 37,329 square foot modular school building for Arlington Classics Academy, located on the charter school’s eleven acre campus in Dalworthington Gardens, Texas. Ramtech will be exhibiting its portable classrooms, permanent modular school buildings, and Accelerated Building System (ABS) prefabricated modular construction capabilities in booth 53 at the 2016 Texas Charter Schools Conference this week at the new JW Marriott Hotel in downtown Austin, Texas.
