Ramtech announced that the Melissa (TX) ISD school board has approved a design-build agreement with us to proceed with providing pre-construction services for a 9,400 square foot modular school classroom building that would be located in the middle school area of the district’s combined campus. Ramtech has received approval on a design-build agreement with the Ferris (TX) ISD school board to proceed with providing preconstruction services for a 13,440 square foot middle school classroom building.
