Ramtech continues to make great strides in securing contracts in a tough economic climate for portable classrooms, multiple classroom facilities, and modular buildings for public, private, and charter schools. Last week we were on full display at the 2012 Texas Association of School Administrators Midwinter Conference and Education Expo at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas. Next up on the calendar for our education group is the 66th annual Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO) which will be held February 27 – March 2, 2012 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas.
With this year’s theme dubbed “What Matters?” the conference will focus on accountability, training, and the resources available for student focused education. The opening general session will be headlined by entrepreneur Robin Crow, an expert on leadership and customer service with over 30 years of experience who will speak on the need to “Evolve or Die” by presenting his Seven Step Challenge on how to deal with resource shortages, financial uncertainty, and rapidly changing business systems. Ramtech education specialists Sabrina Queen and Mike Smith will represent both our temporary and permanent education designs in a 20 foot booth located in spaces 318 and 320 in the main exhibition area. Ramtech will once again represent our relationship with the Texas Association of School Boards BuyBoard program, who will also be in attendance in the exhibit hall along with over 300 other exhibitors and suppliers representing a wide variety of educational products and services.
