Assisted living facilities
Assisted living facilities are one of the fastest growing areas of commercial construction. Developers are looking for a means to provide high quality facilities faster, and at a lower price. The answer for a number of developers is permanent modular construction. When permanent modular buildings are used for single or multi-story assisted living facilities, they can utilize either type 5 wood or type 2 non-combustible steel and concrete construction.
