Ramtech used the slab-on-grade PMC system to complete this 15,232 square foot freestanding facility located at Beaumont United High School. The design-build project utilized a standard 16 classroom design which includes boys and girls restrooms situated off the center corridor in the middle of the building. The site preparation was developed by the school for Ramtech to provide the foundation. The exterior used a full brick masonry on a parapet wall design along with an EPDM low pitch roof. The building was constructed to meet the Texas Department Of Insurance Windstorm Certification and also includes fire alarm and sprinkler systems. The interior features a nine foot ceiling height throughout the building with textured and painted walls and vinyl composition tile flooring.
