When Fort Worth Country Day School required a temporary elementary school during the demolition and construction of a new permanent facility, they turned to a combination of our standard double-classroom and quad classroom buildings to meet the need. Known as the Lower School Village, the complex provides for 10 double classrooms with restrooms and one multipurpose open floorplan quad classroom. The project was split into two areas with eight of the classrooms grouped together and connected using a site constructed concrete walkway with wood decks, ramps, and landings, while the other two classrooms were grouped together with the quad building. All of the buildings utilize R-Panel metal siding along with a metal roof. The interiors feature VCG walls and carpet tile flooring.
