When Hirschfeld Backhoe & Pipeline needed to relocate their main office to the company’s Longmont storage location, Ramtech designed, manufactured, and installed a 1,680 square foot modular building using pier and beam permanent modular construction. The facility was pit set on a stem wall foundation that allowed for a grade level appearance with a storefront entry. The interior layout provides space for four private offices, conference room, large business office, and an adjoining break and reception area. The building utilizes stucco embossed HardiePanel exterior vertical siding, high rib steel roofing, and wall-mounted Bard HVAC units for heating and cooling. The interior is finished-out with vinyl covered gypsum walls and a combination of VCT and carpet flooring.
