Ramtech provided three of these single-practitioner relocatable school-based health clinics to the Arlington ISD as part of a joint program operated by John Peter Smith Hospital of Fort Worth to bring medical services directly to the school district’s campuses. Developed around Ramtech’s one-doc standard floor plan clinic design used by healthcare professionals throughout the Southwest, the buildings utilize Bard Wall-Mount HVAC units zoned within the building layout for the heating and cooling of the exam rooms, procedure room with lab, business office, and waiting room area. The interior is finished out with VCG walls and VCT flooring, while the exterior utilizes a factory applied 29-guage metal R-panel siding.
