One of three buildings manufactured and installed for the Scoular and Stovall Halls Occupant Relocation Project located on UNT’s main campus, part of a 37,778 square foot project developed to make way for a new $130 million university union. Purchased through the Texas Buyboard cooperative, this facility is home to the nationally recognized Center for Play Therapy and provides administrative and faculty office space as well as customized patient counseling rooms for the University’s Department of Counseling and Higher Education Program. Ramtech provided design assistance to The Jacobs Engineering Group, and worked closely with The Beck Group, the construction manager on the project. The building was installed on a poured foundation and incorporates a HardiePanel stucco embossed exterior painted to match the surrounding area.
