Ramtech Building Systems, Mansfield, TX has announced that the company has completed work on a new 2,880 square foot permanent modular building for Payne Auto Group.
The new prefabricated building will be used as a pre-owned sales center at the auto dealership’s Harlingen, Texas location. An identical building is also planned for the company’s Edinburg, Texas location, along with two other permanent modular buildings slated for the dealership’s Mission and Brownsville Mitsubishi Dealerships. Using permanent modular construction with a concrete stem wall and grade beam foundation system, the latter two buildings will also function as showrooms with the capability to park two to three cars inside the buildings.
