Ramtech recently completed a permanent modular sales office building for Texas-based Aquamarine Pools. The new 1,680 square foot facility will allow the company to expand their retail operations with a second location in the DFW Metroplex. Located in Fort Worth, the new building is set on a large lot which will enable their sales team to respond to growing customer demand while providing more storage space for their large inventory of fiberglass and carbon-fiber composite pool designs.
The new 1,680 square foot pier and beam permanent modular building features four offices around the perimeter of the building, a central showroom with seated sales areas and an adjacent breakroom, men’s and women’s restrooms, and a large storage room. The exterior siding features a combination of 26-gauge high-rib steel R-Panel with a faux stone wainscot. Ramtech provided a canopy over the treated wood entry assemblies, while the owner installed multiple decorative concrete and stone patterns used as a display for the pool deck options available to its customers. The interior is finished with VCG on the walls, vinyl tile flooring, and a standard lay-in tile ceiling. The heating and cooling are accommodated with two Bard exterior wall-mounted air conditioning units.
Founded in 1997, Aquamarine Pools has built award-winning in-ground fiberglass and carbon fiber composite pools throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. As the largest installer of fiberglass pools in Texas, the company currently has seven locations covering all of Texas along with an additional four sales locations for their Pools123 subsidiary. Aquamarine’s fiberglass pools are built in a quality-controlled factory environment, are structurally stronger than concrete, and can be installed quickly with minimal site disruptions to the user’s home.
