We are pleased to announce that Gary Davenport has joined the Ramtech team as a Project Architect and Design Project Manager.
Gary is one of the modular industries most respected Architects and is NCARB certified and registered in both TX and LA. He has relocated to Texas from the Atlanta area, where he was previously Vice President of Design and Construction for Spectrum Building Systems. In his new role, Gary will focus on our larger more sophisticated design-build projects, and will be the point man with owners and the respective permitting bodies during the design and permitting phase of specific projects. He will also provide sales support by being active in proposal development and sales presentations.
Gary’s career started at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in New York City, later becoming the Director of Architecture, Engineering and Quality Control at Kullman Industries, one of the industries most highly respected commercial modular companies in the northeast. He also served as Vice President of Architecture and Design for Space Master Building Systems, and as a principal at third party design review agency Modular Code Consultants. Gary has an Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and is an active member of the AIA.
