For over 30 years Ramtech Building Systems has not only acted as a design-build construction company for education, healthcare, commercial, and government applications, we also regularly team with outside architectural firms by acting in various roles depending upon the project delivery method that is being utilized. While there is no perfect building system or contractual approach, more architectural firms are now discovering the benefits of working with Ramtech and our Accelerated Building System permanent modular construction method in order to meet their client’s needs.
Ramtech’s potential role when working with an outside architectural firm can include design assist, the modular building fabrication only, or full site development along with the building installation and interior/exterior finish-out. In each case, the primary benefit of working with Ramtech is this – we’re faster and less expensive.
